1.4 Samrdh Solutions LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Product Information
2.1 All image management tools and kits featured on our website have been designed and developed by Sonia Dubey Dewan, AICI Certified Image Master, and are proprietary products of Samrdh Solutions LLP.
2.2 We strive to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product colors.
2.3 Product specifications, features, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2.4 Samrdh Solutions LLP reserves the right to limit quantities of products offered and to discontinue any product at any time.
2.5 All products are intended for professional use by image consultants, stylists, beauty professionals, fashion design students, and training institutes in related fields.
2.6 Product images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless specified otherwise.
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
3.4 We accept the following payment methods:

3.5 All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Samrdh Solutions LLP does not store your complete credit/debit card information.
3.6 In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed until successful payment is received.
3.7 Samrdh Solutions LLP reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if pricing errors occur on the website. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a full refund if payment has been processed.

4. Order Processing & Confirmation
4.1 Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout, containing your order details and order number.
4.2 Order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when products are dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
4.3 Samrdh Solutions LLP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Pricing or product information errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
- Non-payment or payment failure
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
4.4 If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy within 7-10 business days.
4.5 Processing time is typically 2-3 business days from order confirmation, excluding shipping time. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take longer.
4.6 You will receive email notifications at each stage: order confirmation, order processing, dispatch confirmation, and delivery updates.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
5.2 We ship to addresses within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@theimageproducts.com
5.3 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, shipping method, and external factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, public holidays, etc.).
5.4 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Samrdh Solutions LLP is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by you.
5.5 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5.6 If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier partner may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup, as per their policy.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
6.1 Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
6.2 Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, labels, and documentation intact.
6.3 Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, customization, or specific product characteristics.

6.5 Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required for all return and exchange requests.
6.6 Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
7. Product Quality & Defects
7.1 All products undergo quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
7.2 For defective or damaged products, we will offer:
- Replacement with a new product (subject to availability)
- Full refund including shipping charges
7.3 Please provide photographs of the defect or damage along with your order number when reporting issues.
7.4 Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery is not covered under our quality guarantee.

8.3 Samrdh Solutions LLP is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from:

- Negligence in handling products
- Use of products for purposes other than intended
- Failure to follow provided instructions
8.4 Products are sold “as is” without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in product descriptions or required by law.
8.5 Samrdh Solutions LLP’s total liability to you for any claims shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
8.6 We are not responsible for results or outcomes of consultations, styling sessions, or professional services provided using our products.
