No Returns Or refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on our products except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Once an order is placed and delivered successfully, it cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Color or design expectations not met
- No longer needed

Damaged or Defective Products
We conduct quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly assist you.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund:
You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- The product has manufacturing defects
- Wrong product was shipped
How to Report Damaged/Defective Products:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

- Include your order number
Provide clear evidence:
- Photographs of the damaged/defective product
- Images of the packaging (if damaged during shipping)
- Description of the defect
Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
Resolution Options:
After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement: A new product will be shipped at no additional cost (subject to availability)
- Full Refund: If replacement is not possible, we will process a complete refund including shipping charges
Wrong Product Shipped
If we shipped an incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately with your order number
- Do not open or use the product
- We will arrange pickup/return and ship the correct product at no cost to you
Refund Process
For approved refund cases (damaged/defective products):
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product
- Method: Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
Non-Returnable Conditions
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:
- The product has been used or opened (except to verify defects)
- Original packaging, tags, or labels are missing or damaged
- The product shows signs of wear or misuse
- The claim is made after 48 hours of delivery
- Damage occurred after delivery due to mishandling
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be canceled if they haven’t been processed for dispatch

- Full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
After Dispatch:
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
- Delivery must be accepted
- Our standard policy applies (no returns except damaged/defective items)
