SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Samrdh Solutions LLP (operating as The Image Products and Indian School of Image Management), we strive to deliver your image management tools safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Shipping Coverage

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all locations within India.
  • International Shipping: Currently not available. For international inquiries, please contact us at info@theimageproducts.com

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: 2-3 business days from order confirmation
  • Bulk Orders: 5-7 business days (depending on order size)
  • Peak Seasons: Processing may take longer during festivals and promotional periods

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Order value
  • Delivery location
  • Product weight and dimensions

Charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free Shipping: May be available on orders above a certain value. Check website for current offers. 

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners including:

  • Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post
  • We select the most appropriate partner based on your location and product type.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Email: Shipping confirmation with tracking number and courier partner details

Track Your Order:

  • Visit our Track Your Order page
  • Enter your order number or tracking number
  • Or track directly on the courier partner’s website

Delivery Process

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery during business hours
  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • If you’re unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery (2-3 attempts)
  • You may be contacted via phone/SMS for delivery coordination

Important: Please provide:

  • Complete and accurate delivery address
  • Working contact number 
  • Landmark (if applicable) 

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery attempts fail:

  • The package may be held at the local courier facility
  • You’ll receive notification for self-pickup
  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts
  • After 1 days, the package will be returned to us 

In case of return due to failed delivery, refund (if applicable) will be processed minus shipping charges.

Delivery Address

  • Accuracy is critical: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information
  • Address changes: Possible only before dispatch. Contact us immediately at info@theimageproducts.com

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with family members, neighbors, or building security
  • Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
  • Contact the courier partner using your tracking number
  • Contact us at info@theimageproducts.com if unresolved

We will investigate with the courier partner and resolve the issue appropriately.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do not accept delivery if outer packaging is severely damaged
  • If accepted, open immediately in front of the delivery person 
  • Take photographs of damaged packaging and product 
  • Contact us within 24 hours at info@theimageproducts.com

Bulk Orders

Special shipping arrangements for bulk/institutional orders:

Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control: 

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics
  • Strikes, lockouts, political unrest
  • Government restrictions or regulations
  • Courier partner operational issues
  • Extreme weather conditions
