Who are these tools designed for?

Are these tools only for image consultants?

Are these teaching tools or consultation tools?

Can frames replace fabric flags or drapes?

• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Processing time is 2-3 business days before dispatch. During peak seasons, delivery may take longer.
How much does shipping cost?

How can I track my order?

What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 1-2 times. If unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local facility for pickup, or returned to us. Please provide a delivery address where someone is available, or include alternate contact numbers.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Contact us immediately at info@theimageproducts.com with your order number. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We are sorry if this happens! Please:

• Provide photographs of the damage/defect
• Include your order number
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only in case the product is damaged and you have reported the same within 24 hours of delivery.
When returning in such case, please make sure:

In case of damaged or defective product you can get it exchanged or a refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 3-7 business days.
